Hey there! I'm Leah, a registered dietitian who helps busy and active women lose weight (and keep it off).
I take an individualized approach to nutrition. Conventional nutrition recommendations have always followed a one-size-fits-all model. The problem with this approach is simple: no two people are the same. There is no one diet that is healthy for everyone. We all have different dietary needs and requirements.
I advocate for a balanced lifestyle without restriction. With all of the "nutrition advice" floating around the internet, it can be hard to differentiate what is fact vs fad. I help my clients find what will work for them individually while navigating a busy lifestyle. I personally have been that person struggling to balance a busy lifestyle and nutrition goals, but I've created a fail-proof system to reach those goals even with a jam-packed schedule. Life can be complicated as is, food shouldn't have to be.
